What we do
We build you a website that loads fast and reads clearly. We get you found when somebody in your town searches for what you sell. Then we read the numbers — Google's and your own records — and keep changing whatever is not working. Three steps, in that order, for small businesses across the Upper Cumberland.
The Whole Offer
Five things we do, and what each one gets you
Data Analysis & Reporting
We read the numbers your business already has — job tickets, till receipts, customer lists, invoices — alongside your website and Google listing, and tell you in plain English what to change.
What you get: Where you are winning town by town, which jobs actually make money, which customers to keep, and a short report every month with the next three things worth doing.

No project is too small. Slow pages, broken features, a form that stopped sending, a printer that hates you.
What you get: We diagnose it, fix it, and explain what happened without making you feel stupid.
More about this →Why The Numbers Matter
A website is only half the job
Anyone can hand you a website and disappear. The difference here is that we measure it — and measure your business with it — then do something about what the numbers say.
Three years of job tickets know which work makes money. A till knows which products sell together and which never move. A customer list knows who has quietly stopped coming. Your website numbers know why the phone is quiet: which words bring people, which pages get read and abandoned, whether Google can even see your pages. Most small businesses own all of it and have read none of it.
- We install and verify the free measuring tools, so the record starts building itself.
- We read your own records alongside them — routes, tickets, tills, lists, invoices.
- You get a short report in plain English, and the changes get made rather than suggested.
- Every month after that, we re-read it and change the next weakest thing.
Our own site is the case study: when we finally measured it, 16 of 17 pages were invisible to Google. We would rather show you that than a number we made up.
How We Work
Four steps, no jargon
1. We talk
What you sell, who buys it, what is annoying you. No forms to fill in and no discovery questionnaire.
2. We build or fix
The site, the listing, or both — whichever is actually costing you customers. Sometimes that means fixing what you already have instead of starting over.
3. We measure
The free tools get installed and verified so the numbers start collecting themselves, and we read them against your own records.
4. We keep changing it
Every month the weakest thing gets fixed: the page nobody reads, the words nobody searches, the job that loses money.

Common Questions
Questions we get asked
What exactly do you do?
Three things, in order. We build or fix the website so it loads fast and reads clearly on a phone. We get you found locally — Google Business Profile, map ranking, pages for the words people search. Then we read the numbers, yours and Google's, and keep changing whatever is not working. Data analysis is not an extra we bolt on, it is how the other two keep improving.
Why do you keep talking about data analysis?
Because it is the part almost nobody does. Plenty of people will sell you a website and vanish. The website is a machine you have to watch: which pages get read, which words bring people, which jobs make money, which customers never come back. We watch it, in plain English, every month.
What does it cost?
We do not publish fixed prices, because a one-page site for a hairdresser and a route analysis for a hauling company are not the same job. Tell us what you need and we will tell you what it costs before anything starts.
Can I hire you for just one thing?
Yes. One page, one fix, one report, one Google profile. Plenty of our work is a single job somebody has been putting off for a year.
Do you only work in Jamestown?
We are based in Jamestown and work with businesses all over the Upper Cumberland. Everything is handled by phone, email and screen share, so you never have to drive anywhere for a website.
I already have a website. Would you rebuild it?
Only if it needs it. Often the answer is fixing what is there: speed, the phone number, the pages people actually read, the Google listing. We will tell you honestly which it is.
How long before I see anything?
A site or a fix is usually weeks, not months. Local search moves over a couple of months. Data analysis usually answers something on the first pass, because your records already exist.
What do you need from me?
Your details and your records. The technical work, the measuring and the writing are ours. If you can send a photo and answer a few questions, we can build from there.
