Our Agreement

Terms of Service

> 1.0 Project Scope & Revisions

Before starting any project, we create a detailed project brief outlining the exact deliverables, estimated timeline, number of pages, and specific features (such as contact forms, maps, or galleries).

We include up to three rounds of design revisions during the production phase. Any requests for additional features, new pages, or significant layout restructuring after final approval will be estimated and quoted separately.

> 2.0 Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment clearance, full ownership of the custom designs, website text, compiled HTML/CSS files, and graphics transitions entirely to you. You retain all intellectual property rights to your business assets and content.

Pre-existing code frameworks, styling templates, and helper scripts we use to build your site remain our property, but you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them on your site.

> 3.0 Timeline & Client Feedback

We work hard to meet all project deadlines. To keep timelines on track, we rely on timely feedback, content delivery (such as text, images, or logos), and quick approvals from your team.

Delays in providing requested assets or review comments may extend the final delivery date. We will keep you updated on progress if timelines need to be adjusted.

> 4.0 Third-Party Accounts & Outages

You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own domain registration, web hosting plans, and third-party tools (like Formspree or email accounts). We assist in configuring these accounts during setup.

Further South Designs cannot be held liable for outages, billing issues, or policy changes caused by third-party services once your website has been deployed.
